In short: We collect what you give us and basic data about visits to this site. We use it to talk with you about your career and to show our ads to the right people. We never sell it, and we never send your details to a law firm without your OK.
Who we are

What we collect
- Forms on Instagram or Facebook. Your name and email, and if you choose, your phone number, practice area, class year and any note you add.
- Booking a call. What you enter on our booking page, such as your name, email, phone and the time you pick.
- Visits to this site. Our site and the Meta Pixel record which pages you view, your browser and device, your IP address and cookie identifiers.
- Professional contact details. Your name, firm, practice and work contact details from public sources and licensed data providers. We may use them to email you or to show you our ads.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and set up calls.
- To find roles that fit your goals, and to work on your search if you ask us to.
- To show our ads to the right people and to measure which ads work.
Who sees it
Geoff Glass. We also use service providers that store or process data for us, including Meta, Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling, Apollo, HubSpot, Notion, Zapier and Microsoft. When we show ads to a list of contacts, Meta receives the contact details in scrambled (hashed) form to find matching accounts.
A law firm sees your details only after you approve a specific submission. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
As long as it's useful for your search or our working relationship, and no longer once you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
- See, correct or delete your data. Email geoff@ggpaas.com. We'll confirm by email once it's done.
- Stop our ads. Ask us to take you off our ad lists. You can also change what you see in Meta's Ad preferences, in your Accounts Center.
- Stop our emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply and say so.
- Cookies. Your browser settings can block or clear them.
Changes
If we change this page, the date at the top changes with it.
